Linde’s ADDvance O2 precision improves additive manufacturing

With ADDvance O2 precision, Linde Gases has developed the first-of-its-kind measuring and analysis unit which will enable metal additive manufacturers to analyse and control more precisely the level of oxygen and humidity within the printer chamber. The additive manufacturing process operates within a closed chamber filled with high-purity inert gas such as argon or nitrogen.

Ultrasonic laboratory flaw detectors and systems

In the test laboratory, it is necessary to detect and precisely locate the smallest defects. With PROline, VOGT Ultrasonics provides ultrasonic flaw detectors and systems, especially designed for laboratory usage. These include mobile as well as stationary systems.

LVD’s laser cutting machines

LVD’s “Phoenix FL“ machines achieve a superior cut quality through an advanced cutting head design which allows automated adjustment of the focus position and the focus diameter. The lasers provide high dynamic processing and fast cutting speeds thanks to the 1-micrometre fibre wavelength. Acceleration and overall accuracy are further supported by the machine’s rigid welded steel frame construction.
